Lots of Lavender Sympathy

Sadly there has been a bereavement in our street this week. I made this card for my neighbor to convey our sympathy. Its never nice to have to make these sorts of cards but it is nice to be able to make your sympathies so heartfelt when its something you made yourself.

This stamp set is one of the free Sale-A-Bration sets called Lots of Lavender and the embossing folder is also part of a Sale-A-Bration item from the second release.

The sentiments are from a set in the annual catalogue called Rose Wonder and my inspiration came from Michelle Last, a Demonstrator in the UK.

I always decorate the insides of my cards as well.  It adds to that extra special touch and people certainly notice when you go that extra step.
