Graduation Owl

My Daughter's teacher this year is a first year teacher and tomorrow is her graduation.  I wanted to make her a card to wish her the best.

Inside it simply says

This little guy (Owl punch) will soon be retiring so I was pleased to have a chance to use him again before he does.  Inspiration came from here. I loved the way the owl was holding a little diploma scroll.  For mine, I used some paper I had that had a gold edge so the top of the scroll is gold which you can't see.  I then used the slim gold ribbon to tie the diploma.

I'm pleased to say, her teacher loved it as well.  She said we 'made her day' which is always a pleasure to be able to do for someone.
