It's called a Turkish map fold and the idea came from Darlene DeVries. I saw where her thinking was going about keeping the front simple, to allow for the wow inside, but I felt it was a bit too simple for my daughter.
So I added some balloons and some linen thread as strings to the front. You may just be able to see, I used two pieces from the tip of the tail from the Fox Builder Punch to make a tiny bow to go onto the strings.
Because it was a square card, I made a customized envelope for it using the Envelope Punch Board.
All in all I was very pleased with how this card turned out for her.
