Detailed Birthday Card

It was a friend's birthday this week and she is also another demonstrator in our fabulous team.  Trying to come up with a card for another demonstrator is tricky business - they've usually seen and tried most things and it's a challenge to come up with something new.

I knew I didn't want anything too simple and when I saw this, I knew I had to give it a go.  The colours are just what I would have chosen myself to put together so I didn't change a thing.

Colours: Melon Mambo, Pink Pirouette & Old Olive

I was so pleased with how it turned out, that I decided to make another one to keep in my samples box.  I had a play around with different colours this time:

Colours: Pumpkin Pie, So Saffron and Wild Wasabi

Colours: Sweet Sugarplum, Peekaboo Peach and Pear Pizzazz

Which one do you like best?  Please leave me a comment and let me know.

Ink: Early Espresso

  1. WOW these are simply amazing, but if I'm forced to pick I love the first one and coming in a very close second would have to be the orange one. I love the vibrancy of the colours. The sweet sugar plum colour just lacks the vibrancy of the other two.

  2. WOW - these are stunning Kathryn :) I'm sure the birthday girl loved her card. I think my favourite one is the first one but they're all beautiful.
